Create Record

1. General

The "Create Record" function in the quick access area allows users to quickly create new records across different modules without having to navigate to the respective module first.

Clicking the "Create Record" button (plus icon) opens a small popup in which the module and, where applicable, the record type can be selected.

2. Quick Creation Popup

The quick creation popup can be displayed in two sizes:

Small view – Module selection only:

Large view – After selecting a module, the most important fields for the new record can be filled in directly in the popup:

After filling in the required fields and clicking the "Save" button, the record is created and the detail view of the new record is opened.
