Automations

Package: BASIC

1. General

Info

Automations offer the following advantages:

  • Time savings: Routine tasks are performed automatically, freeing up time for more important activities.
  • Error reduction: By automating recurring processes, human errors are minimized.
  • Consistency: Automated processes ensure consistent execution of tasks without deviations.
  • Scalability: As the company grows, automations can be easily scaled without requiring proportional increases in manual labor.
  • Faster response times: Automations can respond immediately to triggers, allowing for faster processing times compared to manual processes.
  • Improved compliance: By automating compliance requirements, legal guidelines can be adhered to more consistently.
  • Resource efficiency: Employees can focus on higher-value tasks while automations take over the routine work.
  • Real-time monitoring: Automations can monitor processes in real time and trigger immediate responses when certain conditions are met.
  • Flexibility: Automations can be customized to specific business requirements and changed when necessary.
  • Integration capability: Automations can easily integrate different systems and applications, improving collaboration between various tools.

Overall, automations in brainX contribute to increasing efficiency and productivity while reducing operational costs and increasing user satisfaction.

Automations in brainX work according to the principle: "If event X occurs under condition Y, then execute action Z."

  • Create/Edit → the user can create and edit automations
  • Full access (incl. delete) → the user has full access, including the ability to delete automations
