List View Structure

1. General
The list view is the standard view when opening a module and displays all records of that module in a tabular overview.

2. Functions in the List View
The following functions and settings are available in the list view:
- Search → Full-text search within the currently active module
- View (List View) → Switch between different list view layouts (standard, Kanban, Geo filter)
- Charts → Graphical representation of module data
- Tags (List View) → Filter by tags
- Filter → Filter records by field values
- Actions (List View) → Mass actions for selected records
- Columns → Configure which columns are displayed and in what order
- QuickEdit → Edit individual field values directly in the list view
