1. General

The "Last Entries" function in the quick access area shows the most recently accessed records and allows quick navigation back to these records.

Quick Access – Last Entries

Clicking the "Last Entries" button (clock icon) opens a flyout menu that lists the most recently accessed records in reverse chronological order (newest first).

The module icon is displayed before each entry to indicate which module the record belongs to.

Clicking an entry in the flyout menu opens the detail view of the respective record directly.

Note

The last entries are saved individually per user and are retained even after logging out and logging back in.
