Tags (List View)

1. General
Info
The term "tag" (plural: "tags") originates from English and means "keyword" or "label". Tags are used to categorise content and topics.
Tags can be used to label records and filter by them in the list view.
2. Accessing Tags
The Tags button is available in the list view actions toolbar:

Clicking the Tags button shows the available tags above the list:
List View – Tags Displayed
3. Filtering by Tags
By clicking on one or more tags, the list view is filtered to show only records that have the selected tag(s) assigned:
List View – Tag Selected
4. Tag Visibility
Tags can be set as Public or Private:
- Public → The tag is visible to all users
- Private → The tag is only visible to the user who created it
5. Tag Management
Tags can be managed centrally in Global Settings – Basic Setup – Tag Management.
Personal tag settings can be configured in My Preferences – Tag Settings.
