View (List View)

1. General

The view function in the list view allows switching between different display modes and layouts.

2. View Types

The following view types are available depending on the module:

2.1. Standard List View

The standard list view displays all records in a tabular layout. Each row represents one record; the columns show the configured fields.

2.2. Kanban View

The Kanban view displays records as cards grouped into columns. The columns correspond to the values of a configured grouping field (e.g. sales stage).

Records can be moved between columns using drag & drop, which automatically updates the corresponding field value.

2.3. Geo Filter View

The Geo filter view displays records on an interactive map. The map can be filtered by geographical criteria (e.g. radius around a location).

3. Customised Views

Customised views can be searched and selected via the view flyout menu.

Switching between multiple views is done via the View action icon (eye icon).
