Interfaces
1. General
brainX provides interfaces that allow data to be exchanged with external systems or workflows to be automated across systems. The interfaces described in this section are available regardless of the brainX version (brainX CRM / brainX APP) and regardless of the brainX packages booked.
Note
This section describes exclusively external interfaces. These are to be distinguished from integrations, which are part of the brainX system itself and are configured in Global Settings – Company Information.
