1. General
Zapier, developed by Zapier Inc., enables users to integrate various web applications and automate workflows.
Zapier is a user-friendly web service that lets you automate actions between different web apps you use every day. Creating Zaps between your apps saves time and automates many of the manual tasks you perform daily.
Zapier acts as a translator between web APIs, boosting productivity through automation.
2. Activation
Zapier is not a classic integration in brainX that must be booked with a specific brainX package. Zapier is already available in the base version of brainX CRM as well as in brainX APP.
The Zapier connection to brainX is made via the brainX REST API, which is available in all brainX systems.
3. Prerequisites
An active account at Zapier is required to use this integration.

4. Usage in brainX
In Zapier, automation processes are referred to as "Zaps". Information on creating Zaps can be found in the Zapier Guides on the Zapier website.
Using Zaps, data can be automatically imported into brainX. This applies to the following modules:
Records can only be created; updating existing records is not possible.
Field selection is static. All required fields as well as contact data can be transferred.
