1. General
Info
With the WordPress extension, form data from a WordPress website is automatically and in real time transferred to brainX. The incoming data is directly created as leads in brainX and can subsequently be processed further in workflows.
The WordPress extension is a custom-developed plugin that establishes a direct connection between a WordPress website and brainX. After a one-time setup, all data received via web forms is automatically transferred to the CRM without delay – no programming knowledge required and no intermediate storage of data.
Supported form plugins:
A prerequisite for use is an existing WordPress installation operated as a CMS.

2. Installation and Setup
Setup is completed in just a few steps:
- Install the WordPress plugin in the WordPress installation
- Set up the API connection with brainX
- Select the desired form (Ninja Forms or Formidable Forms) and configure the field mapping
- Activate the connector – from this point on, all incoming form data is automatically transferred to brainX
