1. General

The search in the list view is a module-specific full-text search that filters the records displayed in the current list view.

2. Executing a Search

To execute a search, click on the search field in the list view toolbar and enter a search term.

After entering at least one character and pressing Enter, the list view is filtered to show only records that match the search term.

3. Search Scope

The search covers the most important fields of the module. Which fields are included in the search can be configured in Global Settings – Module Management – Settings.

4. Clearing the Search

To clear an active search and display all records again, delete the search term in the search field and press Enter, or click the X button to the right of the search field.
